I will readily admit it… I like the salsa. The salsa is mmgood. I have tried many different salsas - some homemade, some store-bought, and I rarely pass up the salsa at a party. My favorite? Chili’s. It’s not too chunky, not too smooth. It has it all. But, despite my best efforts, I have never been able to duplicate that salsalicious concoction at home. Nevertheless, this recipe is the closest I have come. It is a work in progress, but it never fails to get compliments.Truth be told, like all good recipes - this one isn’t totally “mine” yet. Based on one of those copycat recipes you find on the Internet, I have stepped this one up for a fresher taste.
